| Approach to Therapy: | My clients and I collaborate in treatment. This process integrates client personality and presenting issues with my skills and training. Initially, I begin each treatment focused on client relationships, life experiences and emotional experience. I may integrate cognitive and mindfulness interventions with a psychoanalytic approach drawing from Object Relations, Self Psychology and Relational Theories as work progresses.
